Welcoming Max to the CelluCircle Team!

We’re excited to welcome a new team member to CelluCircle – Max Anderhell, who has recently joined us as an Application and Development Engineer. As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of circular innovation, bringing in passionate and skilled individuals like Max is key to driving our mission forward.
To help you get to know him a little better, we asked Max a few questions about his background, what drew him to CelluCircle, and what excites him most about the work we’re doing.

Here’s what he had to say:

Introduce yourself and tell us what your role will be.
My name is Max Anderhell, and I’ve joined CelluCircle as an Application and Development Engineer. My work will primarily focus on the thermoplastic and synthetic components of mixed textile waste.

Tell us about your background.
I have an academic background in textile engineering, with a Master’s degree in polymer technology, specialising in plastic and textile recycling. Most recently, I’ve worked in R&D and product development roles within the textile sector.

What attracted you to CelluCircle?
What drew me to CelluCircle was its ambitious mission to tackle complex textile waste streams and drive real change within the recycling industry. The company’s focus on innovation and impact strongly aligns with my own values and expertise.

What excites you most about the impact CelluCircle’s technology can have on a sustainable future?
What excites me most is the opportunity to work with mixed textile waste and materials that are typically discarded or incinerated. Addressing this challenge is essential, especially in light of upcoming legislation and the growing push towards circular solutions.

We’re excited to have Max on board and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make. Welcome to the team!
